In the manual accompanying the "Class Set" you are presented with tools for teaching kindergarten through grade 4 students strategies for learning each number fact, place value, regrouping and making change.

POWER OF TEN ADDITION CD

This CD works on Windows 95 or later.
It is intended for stand alone computers and does not work on a network.
It works best with students who have had some opportunity to play with Power of Ten Cards.
It is intended for early primary students or students who are having difficulty with their adding facts and cannot find a way to break the counting habit.
The program includes: Two games and one activity for helping students learn shape for number.
One activity that teaches students how to add 10, 9, 8, 5 and then tests all the facts.
Each student's progress can be tracked and the assignment adjusted.
There is room for a whole class to cycle through the program.
